End user licence agreement

This agreement is between you (the organisation installing the app) and Maxime Ragionieri EI, trading as Clearlane (“we”). By installing or using a Clearlane app you accept it.

1. Licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on the Atlassian sites covered by your Marketplace subscription, for its term. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or modify the app, except where the law allows it.

2. Fees

Fees, trials and renewals are handled by Atlassian under the Atlassian Marketplace terms. Refunds follow Atlassian’s Marketplace refund policy.

3. Your data

Your content stays yours. The app processes it only inside your Atlassian site to show its results, as described in our privacy policy.

4. Forecasts are estimates

Results are statistical estimates based on your past data. They are not a guarantee of any date or outcome, and decisions made with them remain yours.

5. Support and updates

We provide support by email at hello@clearlaneapps.com on business days and may update the app to fix issues, improve it or follow Atlassian platform changes.

6. Warranty and liability

The app is provided with reasonable care but without any warranty that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the twelve months before the event, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Termination

The licence ends when your subscription ends or if you breach this agreement. You can uninstall the app at any time.

8. Law

This agreement is governed by French law. Disputes go to the competent courts of Le Mans, France, unless mandatory rules say otherwise.
